How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an automatic email with the tracking number is sent to the email address provided. Click on the tracking number to be re-routed to www.drygoodsusa.com to track status updates.
 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment. Shipper does not deliver overnight shipments during weekends or holidays.

**Please note that overnight orders must be submitted by 12:00pm CST in order to be shipped the same day. Orders after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day.

Standard shipping - Free for all purchases over $50 – 1-5 days for delivery.
Next Business Day by end of day - $35
Next Business Day (AM) - $45
 

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Gift cards are available for purchase online or in any store location. Plese click on the "gift card" link at the bottom of the website.
 

How do I know my order went through?

Once your order has been received, an automatic email is sent to the email address provided confirming an order was placed. The checkout screen will also confirm the order was successfully completed. There is an issue with your order if the submit button was clicked but the checkout screen did not say the order was confirmed. If the order was placed onto a bankcard, your banking institution will hold the funds for each time the submit button was clicked, even if your order did not successfully go through. These funds will fall off of your account within 3-5 business days, depending on the banking institution. Please contact said banking institution with any questions on unsuccessful bankcard order attempts.

I want to ship multiple items to different addresses. Can I do this within the same order?

All items must be shipped to the same address within an order. A separate order will need to be placed for each shipping destination.
 

Why did an item disappear from my shopping bag?

Items are removed from a shopping bag if another customer added the item to their shopping bag and began the check-out process.
 

What if the size/color I need is not available for purchase?

If a specific size or color cannot be placed into your shopping bag that specific item is not available for purchase online. Please continue to check back as our inventory levels are updated.
 

How do I make a store return or exchange?

Dry Goods store locations gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund. All in-store merchandise returns must be accompanied by either an original receipt or proof of purchase label. With the original receipt or proof of purchase label, refunds will be made in the original form of payment. With a gift receipt, we will exchange the item, credit your Dry Goods credit account, or issue a merchandise credit.

How do I make an online return or exchange?

Dry Goods Ecommerce gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund. All online merchandise returns must be accompanied by an original receipt. With the original receipt, refunds will be made in the original form of payment. With a gift receipt, we will exchange the item, credit your Dry Goods credit account, or issue a merchandise credit.

Please document the tracking number for return shipments. Please ensure that your name and address are included with your return. If you are using a shipping company to mail the package, the shipping company’s information will appear as the return address provided. If this is the case, a note must be enclosed with the return customer’s full name and address so we can mail back the return receipt. Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed in our warehouse.
 

Are size charts available?

Size charts are available for a very limited amount of items. If a size chart is available it will be under the “alternate view” tab beneath the product image. We are unable to offer a generic size chart for all products as no two brands offer identical sizing.
 

What is the price adjustment policy?

Within 7 days, an adjustment may be granted when the original receipt is present and the exact item (same size and color) is in the store at first markdown. Sale merchandise will not be adjusted.
